When I photograph people or animals, I like to have a location in mind, where I am comfortable and can run the session smoothly. I have selected 3 North London locations just for you for this Spring and Summer 2022.

The Hill Garden & Pergola, Hampstead Heath
This location is a real pearl, designed by William H Lever and the architect Thomas Mawson, it was finished in early 1900. This building is made of beautiful colonnades and arched roofs, tastefully decorated with rose bushes and small trees. It has this roman look, that will elevate your photo session.
This location is perfect as it’s partially covered by a roof and provides some shade from sun or rain. It also provides beautiful spots that help with a wide range of photos and pose variety. It’s ideal for engagement, maternity or small family sessions.
This location is best in Spring or Summer, as its vegetation will be at its best growth.
2. Trent Country Park, Barnet
I visited this place a while back and fell in love with the forest side of the park. Located on a hill, it offers gorgeous light. Its pine forest offers a neutral tone location for family and pet photography.
The back of the forest has a few fields protected by the trees that will let us play and try standing and sitting poses in the high grass.
3. Kenwood Park, Hampstead Heath
This location is great for Spring and Summer. There is free parking outside the park and it only takes a few minutes to get to the centre, where Kenwood House stands. This beautiful building is surrounded by plenty of photography spots for family photos; there are the victoria benches with the rhododendron, the arched bushed, pink and white magnolia trees, and a slope with daffodils with a large pink tree. All of these are within a 2-minute walk, which will give you a large variety of photos.
Bonus: Your Home
Your home is alway a great option to have in case of bad weather or if you prefer something more quiet and intimate in a comfortable environment. There are multiple posing options, like sitting on the kitchen worktop, jumping on the bed, cuddling in the sofa, standing outside the front door and many more. We can choose your home decor or I can setup a plain backdrop for a more unified and simple look.
I will bring some additional lighting if your home has low lighting. This will help achieve consistent, high-quality images throughout the session.
