III. What to think about when booking your London family photographer

Are you after something classic in a studio, an indoor session or something unique in the great outdoors? Try figuring this out first before picking your professional.

When looking at this list, did you feel connected more to one photographer in particular? If yes, go to their website and check their portfolio, you should feel if this is the right professional for you. Have a look and see if it’s consistent, do they deliver the same quality of editing on all their session?

Another thing to think about is additional fees, this could be travelling fees, additional digitals, prints and albums that you would want to add to your session. Try to keep that in mind when doing your maths.

If you find a photographer that you love but is slightly over your budget, refrain from asking for a discount. Art takes a lot of love, time and energy so please respect their pricing.

Another suggestion if they are over budget, but you like their work will be to save for a few months instead of going for a less skilled photographer. Although a less skilled photographer is great as they get to practice and you get low prices, you might end up disappointed by the images and not using them all. It’s something to keep in mind.

As we live in the time of payment plans like Klarna and Clearpay, I now offer payments over 3 months on my session fees. So if it’s something you want to do, please send me an email through my booking page below and I will get this organised for you.

IV. Conclusion: Now you just need to book the session!

Now that you have all the information, don’t overthink it and book the session. I don’t mean to be generic but there is no time like now. You will get busy, push it back or even forget. Take your family as an utmost priority and get in touch with the photographer of your choice. If you have questions and doubts don’t be shy to ask, most of us are lovely and passionate about our work and would love to help.

Alba.
